Guarantee Repatriation
Unfortunately, some clients of other Damp or Timber Remediation companies have found themselves in the difficult situation that their previous contractor is no longer in business. This can be particularly difficult if a valid guarantee is required for a house sale or purchase.
Prestige Preservation is able to offer a Guarantee Repatriation service:
How it works:
If you have a Damp or Timber Guarantee from a company that is no longer trading, Prestige Preservation can:
- complete a damp or timber survey on your property to inspect the areas previously treated,
- If the previously completed work is as expected - a replacement Guarantee will be issued for the remaining period of the original guarantee.
- if some topping up treatment is required then we can also advise on that. On completion of any required treatment a suitable Guarantee will again be issued for remaining period of the original guarantee.
