Lee has been a director at Prestige Preservation for over 41 years, covering the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Leamington Spa, and Stratford. A passionate sailor, private pilot, and motorsport enthusiast, Lee enjoys staying active.
With over four decades of experience in the industry, Lee holds several nationally recognized professional qualifications for surveyors in the remedial property sector. These include being a Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (CSRT), Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW), and an Associate Chartered Building Engineer (ACBE).
On any given day, Lee is both office- and field-based, conducting damp and timber surveys for contractors, local authorities, private clients, and pre-home purchase inspections. Specializing in structural waterproofing, Lee handles surveys for cellar conversions, basement waterproofing, and tanking systems. His extensive technical knowledge and dedication to going the extra mile for clients make him a valued expert in his field.
Wendy has been with Prestige Preservation Ltd for 20 years, operating from the Kidderminster office. With a comprehensive understanding of the industry, Wendy is always ready to assist wherever needed.
Her daily tasks include scheduling work, co-ordinating with clients, managing operatives, and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
Outside of work, Wendy is an avid golfer and loves renovating her home. She also enjoys socializing with friends.
Ant Hume has been a surveyor at Prestige Preservation for three years and has quickly become a vital asset to the team.
Before joining, Ant worked at Proten Services across the Midlands and follows in the footsteps of his father, a long-time remedial surveyor. This family legacy provided Ant with a wealth of knowledge during his training.
Ant holds the professional qualification of Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (CSRT) and is well-versed in damp and timber surveys for contractors, local authorities, private clients, and pre-home purchase inspections. He covers the West Midlands, including Walsall, Cannock, Staffordshire, Stoke, Bridgnorth, and Stourbridge, bringing excellent geographical knowledge and technical expertise to his work.
In his spare time, Ant enjoys playing darts with his son and spending quality time with his family.
Karen joined Prestige Preservation in March 2019, bringing experience from her previous role in Residential Lettings.
Her daily responsibilities include answering calls, handling survey inquiries and bookings, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth operation of a busy office.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and socializing with friends. A dedicated netball player, she competes in the local league and stays fit by walking her dog, Ziggy.
Alfie has been part of Prestige Preservation for a number of years and is a valuable member of our team. Alfie’s day usually consists of greeting staff and clients, looking cute and sleeping.
Alfie is a friendly member of the team who loves coming in and doing a day at the office. Alfie likes tummy rubs, sleep, attention and walks.
